Archimedes

Archimedes of Syracuse was a Greek mathematician, physicist, inventor, engineer, and  astronomer. Although little about his life is known he is thought to be one of the most important  scientists in classical antiquity(also the classical era or classical period). He was known for the Archimedes principle, the Archimedes screw and levers.

The Archimedes principle says any floating object displaces it's own weight in water.

The Archimedes screw is a device used to move water.

Nicola Tesla

Nicola Tesla was a very important scientist and inventor. Nicola Tesla was famous for inventing ac power, the ac motor, and the teslacoil. Nicola Tesla was one of the most important contributors to the modern world. Without him our world would be cluttered with wires.

            Nicola Tesla was born July,10, 1856. Nikola Tesla was an inventor, mechanical engineer, and electrical engineer. He is best known for his many revolutionary developments in the field of electromagnetism in the 19th and 20th centuries.
